You seriously had the best intentions. You tried to make the right choice. But then (choose which one applies)—life threw you a curve ball; you were in the wrong place at the wrong time; you couldn’t help it; other people didn’t want you to succeed.

Whatever the circumstances, whatever you intended to do, you didn’t end up doing it. Unless something changes, it’s likely you’ll find yourself there again and again.

In the same way your washer’s spin cycle drains water from your clothes, so will an endless cycle of good intentions and bad choices drain you of any hope that your life will matter.

You can’t take your life off spin cycle, but there’s someone who can. Your most important choice will be whether you will follow His guidance in every way.
