Making Your Consumption Matter

Making Your Consumption Matter

Food is a very emotional topic for many. Some love to lecture people on eating healthy. Others just want to eat what they like and enjoy life. What you consume matters in both practical and eternal ways.

While not all sickness can be avoided, it can certainly be slowed and minimized through your lifestyle and what you put into your body. Of course, this includes nicotine, alcohol, and other substances, but food alone is worthy of discussion since everyone on the planet eats.

It’s not about removing the joy from eating. It’s about making your consumption matter. Becoming a better person will be far more challenging if your body isn’t in good enough shape to take you there.

So start making better choices about what you consume. You’ll improve your odds of living the life that matters.

Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you. —3 John 1:2
