A Reflection On Conviction

When the Holy Spirit reveals my sin to me

Having been saved by grace, we often still seek to be perfected by works. The Spirit will not let us. Although we may have come to the Savior for forgiveness long ago, God’s Spirit will compel us to come to Him again today. And tomorrow. And the next day. As long as sin is present, the Spirit will continue to convict. Remember your need of grace. Let your belief in Jesus’ salvation be as real as it was on day one.

When he comes, he will convict the world of its sin.
