A prayer in Temptation
When I feel under spiritual attack
Lord,
One of Satan’s favorite strategies is to make sin look desirable, harmless, and good. He knows exactly how to entice me, and he takes advantage of every weakness. Don’t let Satan trick me with his lies! Help me to stay strong through the work of your Spirit. As I seek your guidance, show me that the enemy is no match for your power within me.
Keep watch and pray, so that you will not give in to temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak! Matthew 26:41
