You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. . . . I can never escape from your Spirit! I can never get away from your presence!
The Bible promises that God is always with those who love him. He is closer than the air we breathe. When you start looking for evidence of his presence with you, you will experience his companionship and receive his blessing.
Bathe Yourself in Love
Close your eyes and breathe in slowly, allowing your breath to fill your lungs completely. As you inhale, thank God for the gift of life. When you breathe out slowly, imagine exhaling your stress, anxiety, and tension. Do this several more times.
