Belonging

Belonging

My Question for God

What are the privileges of belonging to God?

A Moment with God

Those who die in the LORD will live; their bodies will rise again!

Isaiah 26:19

Now that you belong to Christ, you are the true children of Abraham. You are his heirs, and God’s promise to Abraham belongs to you.

Galatians 3:29

All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.

Ephesians 1:3

Belonging to God means that sin no longer has to control you; you can overcome it. You will still sin, but you are no longer enslaved to it. Belonging to God also means that you can be certain that death is not the end, that you will live eternally with God and receive all that he has promised his people in the Bible. This includes blessings that you can experience today, such as peace of heart, comfort, close friendships, and the satisfaction of knowing that you are doing what God has created you to do—just a few of the countless privileges of belonging to God.

Divine Promise

I will walk among you; I will be your God, and you will be my people.

Leviticus 26:12
