God’s Hand

God’s Hand

My Question for God

In what ways can I see the hand of God working in my life?

A Moment with God

Job replied, “. . . Should we accept only good things from the hand of God and never anything bad?”

Job 2:10

Come and see what our God has done, what awesome miracles he performs for people!

Psalm 66:5

It is the LORD who provides the sun to light the day and the moon and stars to light the night, and who stirs the sea into roaring waves. His name is the LORD of Heaven’s Armies.

Jeremiah 31:35

Sometimes God demonstrates his power through visible, miraculous signs. At other times his power is much more subtle, perhaps working in your heart as you seek him. Sometimes God works through events in your life or uses surprising people to accomplish his will. Sometimes God is a still, quiet voice in your mind, and at other times he is a force to be reckoned with. The point is that some things about God are constant and unchanging: his love, his law, his promises. Other things about God are wild and mysterious. He rarely works the same way twice in your life, which calls for you to be diligent in trusting him and always expectant about how he wants to work his will through you. Often, it isn’t until you look back on your life that you can see God’s fingerprints all over the masterpiece of your life. Trust him and watch for the ways he works, and let these be divine moments to be thankful that God’s hand is on you even now.
