How Thoughtful Are You? - Habits of the Heart
How Thoughtful Are You?
Let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith.
Galatians 6:9-10
Can you give an honest assessment of your thoughtfulness? On a scale from one to ten (one being “not at all thoughtful,” and ten being “extremely thoughtful”), how would you rate yourself overall?
Does it come naturally for you to do good to others, or do you need to work at it?
Do you often forget family members’ and friends’ birthdays and milestones?
Ask God to open your eyes to see and your heart to respond to opportunities for practicing thoughtfulness toward others this week.
