Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.
Romans 4:20–21
Let faith look to God more than the thing promised. The cure of a feeble faith is alone to be found in the invigoration of our whole spiritual life by intercourse with God. Learn to believe in God, to take hold of God, to let God take possession of thy life, and it will be easy to take hold of the promise. He that knows and trusts God finds it easy to trust the promise too.

Pray About It: As you pray today, look beyond the answer to the Answerer. We all begin with feeble faith, but it’s through spending time with God that we become invigorated.
Take hold of God today, take possession of your life. The promises of God will fall in place and never fail.
Let it once be fixed that a Christian’s one ambition is to fit into God’s plan for Him, and He has a North star ever in sight to guide him or her steadily over any sea, however shoreless it seems. The Christian has a compass that points true in the thickest fog and fiercest storm, and regardless of magnetic rocks.
