Marriage Revitalized - Prayers for Every Occasion

FATHER, I know your Word has incredible power, because the following verses from Psalm 90 brought life-changing hope to my husband and me at a time when we desperately needed it. We were struggling to find encouragement and vision, and you graciously provided both. For many years now, you’ve listened to us pray the psalmist’s words each morning, and we don’t plan to stop.

I’m grateful you have upheld us with your steadfast love. We embrace the promises in this psalm because we have personally experienced them. Thank you for demonstrating how much you care for us. Our lives have not been trouble-free, but you have balanced the difficult times with the good ones.

You have kindly given us glimpses of your glory and power in our lives and in our friends’ and family’s lives. We are blessed to witness the expansion of your Kingdom in so many parts of your world. I thank you for all of this in the strong name of Jesus, amen.

so we may sing for joy to the end of our lives.
