God’s Response

The LORD himself will fight for you. You won’t have to lift a finger in your defense! Exodus 14:14

The LORD is a warrior; yes, the LORD is his name! Exodus 15:3

Each one of you will put to flight a thousand of the enemy, for the LORD your God fights for you, just as he has promised. Joshua 23:10

You are trusting a God who is a mighty warrior, always ready to fight on your behalf. When enemies come against you, they come against the Lord as well. Ultimate victory is assured when you let the Lord fight your battles. He often turns your enemies against each other so that they destroy themselves while you walk away unscathed.

God’s Promise

The LORD stands beside me like a great warrior. Before him they will stumble. They cannot defeat me. They will be shamed and thoroughly humiliated. Their dishonor will never be forgotten. Jeremiah 20:11
