Enjoy the Celebration
The LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.
The Lord rejoices and celebrates when his people faithfully follow him. If you trust his ways and obey his commands, the God of the universe will literally sing songs of joy because of you! He’s delighted and glad that you’re his child. On this day, choose to enjoy the love, peace, and security that such a good Father brings.
Bathe Yourself in Love
Set an alarm on your phone or place a note in your home as a simple reminder that God is with you and delights in you. When you see the reminder, pause for a few moments and say to him, “Thank you for seeing me and delighting in me.”
