Power Of God

Power of God

My Question for God

How can others see the power of God in me?

A Moment with God

Has the LORD redeemed you? Then speak out! Tell others he has redeemed you from your enemies.

Psalm 107:2

It is not that we think we are qualified to do anything on our own. Our qualification comes from God.

2 Corinthians 3:5

God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.

2 Timothy 1:7

The same God who can instantly calm the storm on the Sea of Galilee has the power to calm the storms in your heart, dry up a flood of fear, quench a lust for sin, and control the whirlwind of life. Those who have seen and experienced God’s miracles and his work in their hearts have a great responsibility to tell their stories to others. Whether by God’s power you have had a dramatic life change or a quiet, steady walk of faith, your life is a living demonstration of God’s powerful work within you. Use every opportunity to tell others your story of God’s work in you. How else will those who have not yet experienced the power of God know what kind of God lives in you and works through his people?

Divine Promise

[Jesus said,] “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere . . . to the ends of the earth.”
